Plain-language terms for using Hallo. By using the service you agree to everything below.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hallo. By confirming your age you represent that this is true. We may end access for anyone we reasonably believe is underage.
2. The service
Hallo connects adults for one-to-one text and video conversations. The service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising shown outside of live conversations. No account is created; a temporary anonymous session is issued instead.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the community guidelines, which are part of these terms. In particular: no use by minors, no sexual content, no harassment or hate, no solicitation or scams, no recording of other participants, and no attempts to bypass safety systems, rate limits or restrictions.
4. Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently exclude sessions and devices that violate these terms, and may preserve and share information where the law requires it — including with law enforcement for matters involving the safety of minors.
5. Content and conduct of others
Conversations are between you and another person. We do not pre-screen participants and are not responsible for what other people say or do. Use the report and block tools, and never share information you wouldn't tell a stranger.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version is always at this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@sayhallo.fun.
